Divine Loves Ministries
A Journey of Resilience and Compassion
The founder of Divine Loves Ministries brings a lifetime of experience in overcoming life’s challenges, including addiction, domestic trauma, mental health struggles, physical health issues, and financial stress. Through perseverance and faith, she has learned how to create a life worth living and is dedicated to helping others do the same.
With over 15 years of professional experience in addiction and mental health organizations, she is a licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and a soon-to-be Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Her personal journey of transformation inspired her to establish Divine Loves Ministries (DLM) in 2009.
DLM began as a grassroots initiative after she overcame addiction and joined a prominent ministry in Saint Paul. There, she developed a passion for prayer and community support, eventually renting a storefront on Earl Street to build a foundation for the ministry. Encouraged by a larger mother ministry, she focused on fostering connections and providing resources for the community.
While leading Urban 4-H programs in public housing and teaching youth leadership skills, she also worked with adults on digital literacy through the Minnesota Literacy Program and other educational initiatives. These experiences, alongside her studies at Argosy University, shaped her approach to community support and therapy.
Today, Divine Loves Ministries is a thriving community service organization dedicated to rebuilding communities one family at a time. Through her resilience and compassion, the founder continues to inspire and empower individuals, creating a brighter future for the Saint Paul community and beyond.
